SIA depends on support from current and alumni parents and grandparents, faculty, trustees along with friends in the extended community who believe in SIA’s mission, to meet the school’s operating expenses, enrich the student experience and ensure financial sustainability.
To make a contribution in Honor or in Memory of a loved one, there will be an option to select the occasion and include their name(s) when you make your donation. Please contact our Development Department (csimon@strelitzacademy.org or 757.424.4327) with address information, and we will be happy to send a tribute card.
The money raised benefits Strelitz International Academy in so many ways, including:
- Bridging the gap between tuition and the actual operating cost.
- Allowing all eligible children access to an SIA education with our Flexible Tuition Program.
- Supporting Professional Development and International Baccalaureate® training for SIA Teachers.
- Maintaining our on-site School Registered Nurse, School Counselors and Student Support Services.
- Providing the newest upgrades in classroom technology and so much more!
