Our Infant/Toddler Program begins at 6 weeks old and continues until the children enter the Early Years two year old program. Since the early years are crucial to healthy brain development, we encourage inquiry through play, singing, early literacy and verbal acquisition at all developmental stages. Our Infants and Toddlers are loved and encouraged to safely explore their world. Our curriculum supports all of the developmental milestones approached during these critical stages. Educational activities are introduced that boost brain development, encourage vocabulary, build strong bodies, and develop social-emotional skills to build upon in later years.
Our staff set individual developmental goals, and our Infants follow their own individual schedules. Older infants are slowly introduced to a Toddler schedule to prepare for transition to the Toddler classroom, where more of a routine is introduced, as out lined in the Day in the Life of a Toddler.
